You may want to track and verify that volunteers have watched or read training and then ask them questions to verify they understand the content. These are considered a quiz, test or training.  Using Duplie they are just forms.  You can create a form, embed a Youtube video (or other training content) and then ask specific questions about the content they watched or read.  Add option fields (dropdown, checkbox or radio button) to the form and specify a 'Correct Answer'.  In doing so, you will also need to set the % correct to pass on the form.  This will require anyone submitting the form to get the % correct answers in order to pass.  If they do not pass, they will receive an error on the form and can 'retake' the quiz/test.  It's also helpful to setup 'Page breaks' on the form, so the user navigates through the quiz with a 'Next' button.  This helps them focus on the content and then have the quiz at the end of the form.

You can easily generate a sample quiz in Duplie to give you an idea.  To do this, go under Forms and Manage.  On the right you will see a dropdown that will have an option to 'Generate Sample Training Quiz'.  You can then use that as a template and modify it for your needs.
